Who We Are

Green Welling LLP specializes in representing consumers and investors. Our attorneys have prosecuted some of the most significant consumer and securities claims across the United States over the last two decades. We believe that consumers often cannot adequately protect themselves from unscrupulous business practices, particularly in the extension of credit and reporting of debt. Financial institutions are more often motivated to protect their own profits than their customers' interests. Our attorneys have a shared vision for addressing the problems faced by consumers: to level the playing field between consumers and financial institutions through vigorous advocacy.

We represent consumers whose credit has been damaged by erroneous credit reporting, whose mortgages were not serviced competently, who have been victimized by bogus "credit repair" schemes, and who have been assessed unauthorized charges on their credit card or other monthly statement. Our lawyers are based in San Francisco, but we handle lawsuits for consumers and investors that include national class actions. We also deal with consumer credit counseling cases.
